The Royal Mail and Parcel Force 48 are used for all of our postage requirements.
We add a small subsidiary expense to the postage price for each order to cover the cost of banking and packaging.
We endeavour to package and post each order as soon as possible. If an order is received before twelve noon on a working day it will be shipped the same day. If orders are received after twelve noon then they will be shipped the following working day.
Working days are Monday/Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Each order will be posted according to the category it belongs to. The category depends on order destination, weight and urgency.
Postage Categories
First Class
Orders which do not exceed 2 kg in weight will be sent First Class. The Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class orders the next working day after postage.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels/ Parcel Force 48
Orders between 2kg- 20kg will be sent either with the Royal Mail using their Standard Parcels service or Parcel Force 48. The Royal Mail aim to deliver all standard parcels within three to five working days after postage and Parcel Force 48 endeavour to deliver parcels depending on destination 2-3 days after postage. The most cost effective service will be selected.

Airmail
All orders to Europe and countries which fall in World Zones 1 & 2 will be delivered by Airmail. There are no Airmail services to French Southern and Antarctic territories. Royal Mail aim to despatch orders from the UK the next working day after postage, however they cannot guarantee delivery times due to the varied delivery standards from country to country. Royal Mail aim to deliver items to Western Europe three days following the day of postage / Eastern Europe four days following the day of postage and to zone 1 & 2 (the rest of the world) five days following the day of postage.
Special Delivery
If you require an item delivered urgently please email us for a quotation and we will reply with a price as soon as possible. There are two options when sending orders with Special Delivery, delivery By 9am and Next Day guaranteeing delivery by twelve noon.
Missed Deliveries
If you are out when your order arrives and it won't fit through your letter box or it requires a signature, Royal Mail will leave a card with details of where to pick up your parcel.
Royal Mail will keep Recorded (signed for) items up to one week and all other items for three weeks, so don't forget to pick your order up.
